Krikya 1 Terms & Conditions –
Complete Usage Guidelines

Krikya 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between you and Krikya 1.

• Using Another Person's Account: Logging into or managing another person's account

Krikya 1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• In case of suspected fraudulent activity
• Upon suspicion of money laundering
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• At the User's Own Request (Self-Exclusion)
• Extended period of inactivity

If there is a remaining balance at the time of account closure and no violations have occurred, the funds will be returned after verification. However, if the account is closed due to fraud, the balance will be forfeited.

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. A self-exclusion option is also available to lock your account for a set period of time.

Krikya 1 provides its services on an "as is" basis. Krikya 1 is not liable for the following:

• Game lost due to internet disconnection
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways
• Issues with the user's own device
• Actions of Authorized or Unauthorized Third Parties
• Force Majeure (natural disasters, war, epidemics, etc.)

However, if a loss occurs due to a fault on Krikya 1's own servers, we will endeavour to resolve it. In such cases, our maximum liability will be limited to the value of the transaction in question.

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.
